Job responsibilities
●Be responsible for the research on distributed energy and Microgrid related technologies, including grid connection and inverter of solar energy, wind power, energy storage and other distributed energy, microgrid grid connection, island operation, control and other technologies, as well as relevant standards. And be responsible for the scheme design and implementation of distributed energy access system.
●Lead the scientific and Technological Development Planning and implementation of multi energy complementary smart microgrid, photovoltaic and wind power generation, and lead the team to tackle key technical problems.
●Photovoltaic, wind power generation system, power transformation and distribution system, power storage system, grid connected system and other technical research, technology development and achievement conversion.
●Check and review the key technical problems of preliminary research, preliminary design and construction drawing design of electrical related energy system.
Qualifications
Work experience：
●Rich experience in technology development or project design of smart microgrid or large power station and other related projects.
●Have power system security and stability analysis; Reliability analysis of microgrid system; Distribution network analysis and optimization; Microgrid system optimization and economic operation; Microgrid system planning and design; New energy, distributed generation or microgrid technology; Familiar with power system power flow calculation, optimization calculation, safety and stability analysis, relay protection, short circuit calculation and other professional knowledge.
●Systematic research on the technical route and development trend of smart microgrid, energy storage or large power station. Research on industrial planning or development strategy at or above the provincial level is preferred.
●Familiar with Homer or similar design software.
●More than 10 years of engineering or research experience in power generation. With the title of associate researcher, senior engineer or associate professor or above.
Educational requirement：
●Thames ranked the top 100 universities in the world in 2020 or domestic 985, 211 and double first-class universities with full-time doctoral degree.
Major:
●Electrical engineering and automation, photovoltaic engineering, industrial electrical automation and other related majors.
Language:
●CET-6 or above in English, or equivalent in other languages.
