Job responsibilities
●To conduct national major R&D projects, national key R&D plans and CNPC major R&D projects of engineering technologies, and focus on mechanical analysis & modeling of PDC compacts, rock penetration mechanism, intelligent rock penetration mechanism.
●To research and develop high efficiency PDC bits, intelligent bits, high efficiency thrusters, intelligent shock absorbers, friction & torque reduction tools for horizontal intervals, with continuous efforts to modify them and apply them in oil fields.
Qualifications
●Has rich experience in mechanical modeling of PDC cutters, rock penetration mechanism of bits, and design of PDC bits.
●Has served as a senior expert in a well-known international oilfield service company, science research institution, university or college.
●Has presided over R&D projects in relation to edge-cutting bits and downhole tools, or engaged in forward-looking and innovative R&D tasks, with significant technical achievements applied in the field.
●Has obtained a PhD degree from a well-known overseas university.
●Candidates who have worked in well-known international oil companies or oilfield service companies for over 10 years are preferred.
