Roles & Description：
Key Accountabilities：
●Planning and participating the innovation and development of geological and fracturing technology.
●Implement major scientific research and production projects.
●Organizing or participating in the topic selection, project establishment and review of major scientific research and production projects in the field of geological and fracturing engineering.
●Building the professional talent team and guiding the technical work of first-level engineers.
Qualifications
●Adhere to the correct political direction and have the spirit of patriotism and dedication; love the petroleum business and identify with the petroleum culture; abide by laws and regulations; have high ethics and persist in a positive scientific research style; own a spirit of pragmatism, unity, and collaboration; equipped with a certain academic level and innovative ability to be capable of performing job duties; be sound in body and mind.

●Experience in formal scientific research or teaching positions in outstanding international O&G companies, universities or scientific research institutions; experience in the key scientific research projects of corporate or state-level; great professional influence in the fields of natural science and engineering technology.
●Hold a doctorate.
●Have the title of a senior professional post and be in charge of more than 3 key scientific research projects of corporate or state-level.
●Published academic works or papers in global public conferences.
