Job responsibilities
●To formulate technological development plans of loss prevention and plugging techniques for horizontal shale oil & gas well drilling.
●To lead major R&D projects of loss prevention and plugging technologies.
●To supervise R&D of loss prevention and plugging technologies, and the construction of professional laboratories.
Qualifications
●Has more than 10 years of experience in R&D, application of research results, commercial promotion of products, and formulation of standards for oil-based/water-based drilling fluids for loss prevention and plugging materials.
● Has innovative and strategic thinking; holds positions as senior expert in shale oil companies in North America, international companies, universities, or research institutes.
● Has presided over projects in relation to novel techniques, materials and tools, or engaged in forward-looking, innovative and cutting-edge R&D tasks, with significant technical achievements applied in the field.
