Job responsibilities

Roles & Description： ●Guiding the simulated analysis of digital and physical models of optical fibre logging instruments. ●Directing the technological development of fibre logging technology. ●Focusing on key technical issues in the research of optical fibre logging technology such as the geological mechanism, signal acquisition and processing methods, logging evaluation, etc.

Qualifications

Work experience： ●Familiar with the theoretical knowledge of fibre sensor and distributed fibre measurement. ●Having the experience in the development of optical fibre measurement technology. ●Having the experience of undertaking key national scientific research projects or having outstanding achievements in talent training. Educational requirements： ●Doctorate Work competence： ●Basic Quality. Being patriotic and dedicated; Supporting the leadership of the Communist Party of China and sticking to the right political direction; Having a strong sense of career ambition, responsibility, and team spirit; Being well conducted with a decent academic record; Being innovative with a scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts; Having good professional ethics. ●Industry Influence. Being innovative with strategic thinking; Having made signature scientific research achievements recognized by domestic and overseas counterparts, and being highly influential in the industry. ●Ability of Undertaking Projects. Being able to independently undertake national-level, CNPC Corporate-level or company-level scientific research projects; Being able to lead and organize the design of major production projects or projects of a corresponding level; Being able to think strategically and make decisions; Having strong team spirit, organizational skills and management capability.
