Job responsibilities
Job Description:
●Assisting in strategizing the R&D of photovoltaic technologies.
●Focusing on the design and synthesis of the next-generation high-efficiency photovoltaic materials, e.g., perovskite.
●Focusing on designing and developing novel, high-efficiency solar cells, e.g., thin-film solar cells and stacked solar cells
●Responsible for Team Development, Platform Construction in Photovoltaics Division, etc.Develop the research group and research platform for the photovoltaics division.
Qualifications
Work Experience & Requirements：
●Holding research position at well-known global companies/corporations, universities, and/or research institutes.
●Experienced in leading/participating key national/corporate research projects.
●Reputation in the relevant academic/industry field.
Academic Degree Requirement：
●Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Technology, or Materials Science and Engineering.
Languages:
●Proficient in English.
Professional Certificates, Honors & Awards, and Publication Records:
●Certificate of associate professorship or equivalent technical title.
●5 publications in the core journals in the past 5 years.
