Job responsibilities
Roles & Description：
Key Accountabilities：
●Set up a research team on drilling tool failure prevention, drilling speed acceleration and control.
●Research on string mechanics theory and failure mechanism of drilling tool, and develop new speed improving and fishing tools.
●Track the development and requirements for drilling and completion tools and formulate the overall development plan for new drilling and completion tools.
●Organize technical demonstration on the scientific research projects of drilling and completion tools of CCDC.
Qualifications
Work experience：
●At least 8 years of experience in drilling and completion tools design, manufacturing and failure prevention including researches on string mechanics theory and drill failure mechanism, and development of new drilling speed improving and fishing tools (use of hardware & software models).
College & Educational requirements：
●PhD in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Mechanics or equivalent.
Work ability requirements：
●Proficient in English used as a working language.
Professional Certifications：
●Senior Engineer or equivalent.
