Job responsibilities
●Lead team members to conduct theoretical research and methodological construction of digital transformation, and advise the top-level design of company's digital transformation.
●Communicate and cooperate with the engineering technology and software development team, lead the project initiation demonstration, process control and achievement application of specific digital transformation projects, and to summarize and analyze the application effect.
●Lead the research of machine learning model and deep learning model in the field of real-time calculation, analysis and early warning of drilling and completion engineering.
●Lead the research on data cleaning and data processing methods of massive real-time data of wellbore engineering.
●Lead the research and application of digital twin in the field of oil and gas wellbore engineering.
Qualifications
Work experience：
●Hold formal scientific research or teaching positions in internationally renowned enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, and have experience in national and enterprise key scientific research projects.
●Those who have actually engaged in the operations of specific projects of digital transformation of large oil and gas companies are preferred.
●Experience in specific research and application projects of machine learning model and deep learning model is preferred.
●Have strong analysis, writing, expression and learning ability, and keen insight to analyze problems and needs in a fast manner.
●Have good communication, organization and coordination skills; possess strong team awareness, strong pressure resistance; work with passion and no complaints; have the courage to accept challenges and be good at self-development and innovation.
●Have good logical ability, strategic thinking and expression ability, and have an overall comprehension of the detailed implementation of business plan.
College & Educational requirements：
●Ph.D. in artificial intelligence / Petroleum Engineering / software engineering or equivalent.
Work ability requirements：
●Proficient in English as working language.
