Job responsibilities
●To mainly engage in theoretical and technical research on drilling hydraulics, multiphase fluid flow and fluid control, especially hydraulic calculation and control model research on high temperature, high pressure and high-density OBM/WBM for drilling and completion of deep and ultra-deep wells, capable of translating theoretical research results into tangible achievements, such as calculation model to guide field practical application, and software with independent intellectual property rights.
●To conduct the overall coordination and scientific and technological debottlenecking of oil and gas well hydraulics researches, formulate technical route, supervise and guide research work, and control major research nodes and landmark achievements.
Qualifications
●Has rich experience in R&D of drilling & completion.
●Has worked as a professor or senior technical expert in well-known oil service companies, universities or scientific research institutions in China or abroad.
●Has outstanding performance or achievements (independently developed techniques) in relation to theories of oil & gas fluid mechanics, especially hydraulic calculations and control technologies of HTHP & high density OBM / WBM for drilling & completion, capable of calculating & predicting & controlling wellbore pressure.
●Has obtained a doctorate from a well-known university abroad.
●Well-known scholars with significant influence in the world and candidates who have obtained high-level achievements from SPE or other famous organizations in the industry are preferred.
