Job responsibilities
●Responsible for research and analysis on the development of digital transformation and intellectualization in oil & gas technical services, participating in design of digital transformation solutions for oil & gas technical services company, and promoting the implementation of specific solutions.
●Understand the specific businesses (oil and gas/ wellbore engineering technology, etc.), draw up the digital strategic plan according to the company's digital transformation strategy and revise it periodically, and provide support and consultation for policy-making.
●Systematically analyze and sort out the existing problems and research directions of the company's digital transformation, and explore digital transformation modes based on scene reconstruction, process reengineering and empowerment.
●Lead the research on artificial intelligence application scenarios in the field of drilling and completion engineering, plan the combination of artificial intelligence algorithms such as machine learning model and deep learning model with oil and gas wellbore engineering technology, and take the lead in promoting the implementation of application schemes.
Qualifications
Work experience：
●At least 5 years of experience in digital business/product planning in large companies or oil and gas industry, familiar with enterprise digital service scenarios or with professional background in oil and gas industry.
●Candidates experienced in top-level design and project implementation of digital transformation for large oil and gas companies are preferred.
●Have a deep understanding and insight in enterprise digital transformation, and can prospectively understand the technology development trend and application scenarios.
●Have strong analysis, writing, expression and learning ability, and keen insight to analyze problems and needs in a fast manner.
●Have good communication, organization and coordination skills; possess strong team awareness, strong pressure resistance; work with passion; have the courage to take on challenges and be good at self-development and innovation.
●Have good logical ability, strategic thinking and expression ability, and have an overall comprehension of the actual implementation of business plan.
College & Educational requirements：
●Ph.D. in artificial intelligence / software engineering / petroleum engineering or equivalent.
Work ability requirements：
●Proficient in English as working language.
