Job responsibilities
●Participate in the formulation of major scientific and technological development plans in the field of lithologic oil and gas reservoir exploration, put forward the technical development direction and organize the implementation.
●Be responsible for tackling technical bottlenecks of scientific research and production projects of lithologic oil and gas reservoir exploration of the State, Group company or Oilfield Company, and organize their implementation.
●Be responsible for technical route formulation, process quality control, exploration deployment decision-making and achievement check of lithologic oil and gas reservoir exploration of our company.
●Participate in academic and technical exchanges of lithology at home and abroad, carry out technical lectures and exchanges within our company, and provide advice and suggestions to our oilfield company.
●Undertake the construction task of the company's professional academic echelon, and assist the chief technical expert to cultivate compound technical talents.
Qualifications
●More than 7 years with Professor level senior title or deputy senior title.
●More than 15 years of professional and technical work experience in oil and gas exploration (Doctor for 9 years and Master for 12 years).
●Lead more than 2 provincial major scientific research and production projects or tasks or made outstanding contributions in relevant professional fields.
