Job responsibilities
●Take the lead in formulating the company's digital development plan, structure and project design.
●Undertake the implementation, training, and big data analysis of annual digital transformation.
●Undertake tasks of visualizing the downhole operation, studying the artificial intelligence and training to apply research results.
●Closely follow the progress in relevant fields at home and abroad, and carry out academic and technical exchange activities.
●Undertake the task of building a strong team with solid succession planning and guide key technical personnel.
Qualifications

●Have experience in digital transformation projects for middle-ranking enterprises and above, and has a good professional influence in oil and gas field development engineering.
