Job responsibilities
Roles & Description：
●To be responsible for organizing and enacting the development direction, goals, and plannings on safety monitoring and testing technology in the petroleum and petrochemical field, and organizing the demonstration and consultation, technology check, and achievement management of major scientific research and production projects in this field.
●Serve as the project leader, undertake major scientific research directly, solve key technical problems, and carry out technical research and development efficiently.
●Serve as the R&D leader of the discipline, supervise the technical quality, technical level, and technical achievements of the whole life cycle of the technical achievements.
Qualifications
Work experience：
●Hold the title of senior engineer or above, with more than 10 years of research experience on safety monitoring and testing technology in petroleum and petrochemical field or other fields.
●Presided over or participated in national and corporate level KEY RESEARCH and development projects.
Collage & Educational requirements：
●Ph.D. degree in safety technology and engineering, oil and gas engineering, photoelectric information science and engineering, signal and information processing, detection technology and automation device, etc.
Work ability requirements：
●Have the ability to undertake major scientific research projects independently, have strong scientific and technological innovation ability, and organizational management ability.
Certificate of competency, Awards & Publications：
●Have made core technological achievements with independent innovation.
●Developed or led the development of 1-2 monitoring and testing equipment with independent innovation.
●Received 2 provincial or ministerial second prize or above for his/her R&D achievements.
●Published more than 2 papers on SCI/EI/ISTP journals.
