Job responsibilities
Roles & Description：
Key Accountabilities:
●Carry out R&D on drilling bit and drilling acceleration tools, and the promotion and application of these technologies.
●Make product development plan for bit and drilling acceleration tools according to the market and customers’ needs ; Take charge of product design, solutions, and operation and maintenance system construction.
●Research on the cutting-edge technology of bit and drilling acceleration tools, implement the transition to new materials and new technology for bit manufacturing in real time.
●Provide technical support for relevant products of the bit and drilling acceleration tools project, meet the customer’ needs and offer tailored product solution.
●Take charge of the product promotion, follow up the use of new products, and propose improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
Work experience：
●8+ years of experience in R&D of bit and drilling acceleration tools in any oil company or oil service company abroad.
●Experienced in bit and drilling acceleration tool modeling, mechanical analysis, rock breaking mechanism and bit design.
●Took charge of any prospective and innovative research in bit and drilling acceleration tools, and achieved innovative technical achievements or mature products.
College & Educational requirements：
●Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Design or equivalent.
Work ability requirements：
●Proficient in English as a working language.
Professional Certifications：
●More than 6 papers published in SCI or EI journals about bit and drilling acceleration tool.
