Job responsibilities
●To conduct R&D projects of edge-cutting mud additives, environment friendly materials, smart novel materials and the fluids that could meet various complex requirements with independent intellectual property rights at international advanced level.
●To focus on R&D of ultra-high temperature and salt resistant water-based/oil-based drilling treatment agents, soilless OBM additives, nano-micron plugging materials, ultra-low temperature mud systems, etc.
Qualifications
●Has more than 10 years of experience in R&D of mud additives, application of R&D results, commercial promotion of products, and development of environment-friendly smart materials.
●Has worked as a professor or senior technical expert in well-known oil service companies, universities or scientific research institutions in China or abroad.
●Has presided over projects in relation to novel materials, systems, techniques and methodologies of mud, or engaged in forward-looking, innovative and cutting-edge R&D tasks, with significant technical achievements applied in the field.
