Job responsibilities
Job Description:
●Focusing on implement synthesis, loading, and scale-up of metallocene-based catalysts, and design and optimize the polymerization reactors, and the polymerization process.
●Focusing on implement catalyst design, synthesis, and scale-up, and design the polymerization process for high-end polyolefin materials.
●Focusing on implement preparation and activation of high-performing catalyst substrate for metallocene-based catalysts.
●Focusing on implement process technologies and industrial applications study of the loading and scale-up of homogeneous catalysts.
●Focusing on industrialization of the catalysts for polyolefin production.
Qualifications
Work Experience & Requirements：
●Holding research position at reputable global companies/corporations, universities, and/or research institutes.
●Experienced in leading/participating in key national/corporate research projects.
●Reputation in the relevant field in academia/industry.
Academic Degree Requirement：
●Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Technology, or Chemistry
Languages:
●Proficient in English.
Professional Certificates, Honors & Awards, and Publication Records:
●Certificate of associate professorship or equivalent technical title.
●5 publications in the core journals in the last 5 years.
