Job responsibilities
Roles & Description:
Key Accountabilities:
●According to the company's on-site production requirements, formulate technical R&D directions and research plans.
●Carry out scientific research tasks on various chemical additives, including indoor development of new products, pilot processing and field testing.
●R&D of new fracturing fluid materials for oilfield chemistry. Research directions: environment friendly, reusable, low cost, etc.
●R&D of functional proppant. Research directions: air suspension, low density, in-situ generation, etc.
●R&D of functional fluid materials. Research directions: friction reducing agent, wax removers, etc.
Qualifications
Work experience：
●10+ years of experience in oilfield chemical development. Have won domestic/international peers’ recognition for the research results in the field and have held senior R&D position, professorship, or professor of engineering in international renowned companies, universities, and research institutes.
College & Educational requirements：
●PhD in polymer materials/oilfield chemistry/organic chemistry/materials chemistry and other related disciplines from a reputable university.
Work ability requirements：
●Strong team leadership and organizing and coordination skills, with an understanding of technological updates in the field domestically/internationally.
Certificate of competency, Awards & Publications：
●Ministerial and Provincial-Level Prize for progress in science and technology (Top 3), or National prize for progress in science and technology (Top 10).
